Full payment – if check in is less than 14 days
50% deposit – if check in is more than 14 days
Balance payment – due no less than 14 days prior to check in
Breakage deposit (equal to 1 night’s stay) – due with balance payment
Subject to no breakage and banking details provided by guest – a full refund will be processed 5 working days after check out

All cancellations : “bank your stay” for suited future dates within a 2 year period and subject to availability – seasonal rates will apply.
